Each dealer has to list their allocation under their joint Porsche site whether or not its pre ordered. Since its a 2014 its not on the street.

I talked to the dealer today because I took delivery of the 2011 Turbo.
He said that is the actual price for the car with all the options and it is up for sale, but you cant get it until they get the engine swapped. Someone ordered and probably denied to take delivery due to the whole engine problem.
