I followed the owner's manual instruction to turn the fasteners counterclockwise, but the flaps for the lights wouldn't budge (it won't come out, it won't slide sideways). Is there a trick to getting these flaps off? I tried the same thing on the lower air duct flaps as well and those wouldn't open up either. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
