If you don't like the rear of the E 90, you probably don't like the rear of any cars built in the last 3 years. <g> Mine was parked next to a 2 year old Taurus the other day. From a distance they looked alike except the Taurus is larger. Much the same can be said of the Sonata and the new Passat just to name a couple. The side view of the Passat looks strangely like the E 90 too, as does the Chevy Impala. Let's face it, they all use the same CAD software package. <smile>
I have never bought a BMW based on styling though I did like the kidney grills until Pontiac co-opted them several years ago. Chris Bangle and company, like it or not has made BMW cages more appealing to the masses while not winning fans among the faithful. Oh well...
