I agree on the trade-in tax difference, however the two Nissan dealers in my area don't have the color GT-R I want. The deal I have is out of state, five hours away. I negotiated the price before talking about my trade in... They told me they are not all that interested in a high-end BMW for the kind of money I want (69k) I felt like $73,500 was a fair price for a private sale on a 79k optioned car with a few goodies thrown in.
