I did some informal testing on my own.
Overall, switching between Adaptive and Comfort Plus makes little difference, to me at least, on almost any kind of road.
In testing, Comfort Plus softened out speed bumps (not the big flat ones, normal ones) better; however, Adaptive seems to reduce body roll and pitching on a particularly undulating street.
Overall though, I'm still just not sold on which one I'd want to leave it in most of the time.
Anyone else want to do their own testing, maybe in more controlled conditions, or in places that are more illustrative of the feature than the roads around me? Or, does someone have a contact at BMW who could ask around and get a definitive answer?
