In order to keep the balance, I would consider moving the 265s to the front and put 275/35s on the rear. They'll be closeer in diameter that way too. Yeah you can't rotate front to rear but that doesn't matter to me at least. 295/30s might be too much grip in the rear but maybe that's needed.
