CCB - Pads look baked! Is this normal?

Please see attached picture of my brake pads on my Ceramics Barkes, they look pretty baked to me.
Its been in to the BMW dealer and they say that the pads have glazed a little due to to excessive heat and are waiting for BMW GP to advise what to do as they are squealing.
I have done a track day followed by a 3000 mile rally through Europe with a full boot and co-driver which took its toll somewhat, however, at the end of the day this is why i bought CCB, so i could drive it hard!
My main concern is that the pads aren't damaging the discs.
Anyone have a view on this and whether i should just replace the pads?
