H and r just throwing some random ass spring rates at your car. I have no confidence that they have done any research into the spring rates for the m3/4.

You do realize that the F80 is ONLY the M3, right? F30 is the regular 3 series.
Spring rates are trivial to measure. Shock dynos take a couple of hours. The cars have been out plenty long enough for springs, since the shape of the spring was already known and the same as the F30.
