This is true, I saw a thread where Dinan said it themselves. It must be installed correctly for them to honor the warranty. With an authorized dealer there's no questioning of whether it was installed correctly.
I plan on doing mine myself... 7 hours of labor for springs w/ a lift??? I'll get it done in less time in my garage with jack stands.
