Nope, because the spokes extend out to edge of the rim providing support.
No car manufacturers will not use a wide-lipped rim for OEM. They are fragile and unsafe. BMW for example, only uses rims that have spokes designed to support the lateral design of the wheel. They would never put an unsupported wide lip on a performance car, nor would Ferrari, Porsche, or anyone else.
Wide lips are for show. Not peformance. They do look good though.
