well my m5 is gone and i've just bought the bars for my m3, so my thule bmw specific roof bars are for sale. the bars are the thule 753, list for $230 and fit e39 5 series and e46 3 series. mine were used frequently, probably mounted 30 times or so, and show signs of use (where the bike attachments were clamped to the bars mostly). but they are roof bars and function perfectly. i'll get some pix up later and have attached a stock photo from the thule site. the bars are 'touchless' in the sense that they are made to fit the mounting holes under the little doors on the roof. i loved this rack for that reason! i'm asking $120 obo and would prefer a local buyer in the sf bay area if possible. shipping would be extra.
