There's some kind of guage marker right around the Tach, that goes around the ring. It is a little "stripe" looking thing. Apparently, that is where you shouldn't rev that car when starting off cold. Then it starts to go higher in the RPMs as the temperature of the engine gets warmer.
I know it might sound confusing, but for those of you who have used Cruise control and have noticed the little marker that marks the cruise control speed, it's kinda like that. I'll post a pic of it as soon as I can.
