On my Toyota, the dingus that connects to the pedal had lots of threads and a lock nut, so you could adjust the length.
Not this one.
If bleeding doesn't help, you may have a bad cylinder.
Luckily they're not that expensive. Not sure what kind of PITA they'll be to replace.
