TN as you can't really get a decent 144hz IPS monitor at that price range.

Plenty decent spec IPS at 60Hz.

Also majority of GSync are TN panels.

GPU is a GTX 970, however it also needs to handle a GTX 750 TI.

This means 24 inch 144hz TN panel with dual link DVI-D is what is required.

That and 27 would be slight too big for using in my office.
