5% price hike? Sounds doubtful. Maybe when the car goes through a life cycle impulse. Unless they are adding more options as standard (which doesn't seem likely as the M235i comes with so much standard already), a price hike of that amount doesn't seem likely. What is likely is that your car sales person wants to sell a car now rather than let it sit for several months.
That's my guess, anyway. You're looking to do ED as well? I heard there will be no ED deliveries in the entire month of August, so you would have to time it to take delivery in early July. I would look into this, if you're entertaining the idea.
