BMW's 4 year/50k mile service period includes brakes on my 2014, so the dealer replaced them for free.
The miles included maybe 6-8 track days (3-4 weekends) and 8-10 autocrosses.

Thanks, rwalker. Good to know. Trying to figure out which servicing package to get.
Down here we have to pay for the service package unless they have a promotion going on. 1.5k AUD for the standard oil/filter package and an extra 2k AUD for these additional maintenance items:
- Brake pads front & rear
- Brake discs front & rear
- Clutch (worn)
- Windscreen wiper blades*
