The X5 with the 4.8l v8 handles as much torque, but I think that is a different system then in the cars.
The steptronic in the xi is the same as the rwd 335 so no difference there. I would guess the weak link will be clutch that sends the power to the front wheels.
Anyone know of any supercharged X5 out there?
