Happy Hour
There has been talk of Happy Hour and there seems to be some agreement on next Wednesday at On The Border in Rockville. We need to set a time that doesn't conflict with rush hour traffic because peole are coming from all over and we should get some sort of a tentative list of attendees. Could someone who has to deal with the beltway regularly make a suggestion for a time? I'll be there no matter when we pick because I'm done work at 1 on Wednesdays.
