BMW uses JIT production. It's whatever wheel/tire combo that's provided to the wheel station on the production line. There may be a batch of Pirelli's and then Bridgestone's but there's no logic as to which tire you get.
Interestingly my G05 optioned with M Sport brakes and 740M came with Pirelli's.
