Looks like ConnectedDrive is having all sorts of issues, which may be impacting what you're seeing too.

I heard back from both their Twitter account and BMWUSAcares email account today. Both said they passed along my info to their ConnectedDrive team and are investigating it.

I'm starting to lose hope in this being resolved anytime soon.
