I realize there are many posts on the subject of battery registration... but this looks to be the least expensive option for doing so... and I'm wondering if anybody here has experience with one?

AutoEnginuity tells me (email) this works on an N55 (MEVD17KW). I could wait for BT to update their Scan Tool, but I drive a June 2010 build car with the OE battery and I'm thinking I need to be prepared.
