hey guys, I used crazy glue to reattach the M-emblem on my chrome plate. Inadvertently, a small drop of glue got on the bumper and I immediately used a wet cloth to mop it up. But it smudged a little. I tried everything, including nail polish, to remove the "clear" smear, but nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions here? Would buffing works? It's not a big spot, but I am sure here everyone wants to have a spotless car.
