I don't see how they look OEM when the bulb is clearly visible on the outside - these must be halogen.
The LED rings might be alright but hows it going to be wired up.
What would just activate the rings? If the xenon style light is full beam/dipped the rings and the halogen must be sidelights. You shouldn't be able to see any bulbs. Not sure if I'm looking at the right pic.
Do yourself a favour and buy second hand pre LCI lights for like 6-700 quid and a HID bulb. The rings will be white depending on the temp you buy and you won't need the xenons, that's not the look I wanted but if all you want is white rings this is goin to be your best bet.
