They are terrible. I waited for 6 weeks for my blacklines, I finally called them and they said there was a problem when they communicated my order to their warehouse (read: they never did). The guy then proceeded to blame me for not calling earlier, he wouldn't even rush the shipping to make up for their error (because they "would lose money on the transaction").
Going forward if JLevi has what I want in stock I'm going with them, they're outstanding.
