You can definitely buy it! Dealers talk 5h1t as usual.
Personally I have bought a G30 with the M Sport Plus Pack prior to them including it in the package I would be on to BMW UK asking for it to be retro fitted for free or at max that cost between the pack increase that was £150.
I'm sure the dealership will try and charge way more than that.
