Apparently, some 3 -series owners who had CA seemed to get issues when using metallic tints, but those with ceramic tints seemed to be problem free:

I am planning to take my car in for ceramic tinting very soon, and would love to find out as much as I can about the possibility that tinting may affect the operational effectiveness of CA.

As far as documentation goes, the Formula One Ceramic Tint website's write "The advanced technology utilized in manufacturing the Pinnacle Series provides a proprietary non-metallized, non-conductive, ceramic technology film with maximum heat reduction, maximum ultraviolet rejection, excellent optical clarity and blockage of infrared rays."

The site also says:
No hindrance to vehicle electronic systemsWill not interfere with radio frequencies

I guess, I am hoping the claims are right.
