The G8 GXP is a Holden car which will be a very nice car if you need room. Its not a typical GM product. It should be alot of fun for a big car. The only other GM product as nice would be a Cadilac IMO.
To compare the G8 GXP to the 135i is like comparing a 60" Plasma to an HD projector with a 120" screen. Two totally different things that each do both very good in there own way.
