No, I won't purchase the parts unless I know I can get a good rate on labor.

So if some one else installs the parts, what about the warranty?? How does it work? Say if I go in for rattles after I get the installation, will BMW cover it? I mean could BMW say that since the springs might not have been installed properly the car rattles more.
On a related note, is there anything that can really go bad with a suspension that could require warranty work?
