Grand Venus Roll Call Thread

Hey guys,

Today has been quite frustrating. I dropped off my car on March 9th @ TT Car Transit in Nice, France. According to the drop-off agent, I will get an email within 5 business days regarding the status of the vehicle. I did not.

Then, I sent out an email to info@ttnice.com inquiring the status of the shipment. They copied EH Harms and forwarded the request. EH Harms said it will take upto 2 weeks for the vehicle to get a vessel assignment. I sent them an email again and no response from them.

I tried tracking the car using VIN# on the following links:

No luck so far I called BMW NA and my client adviser - they didn't know anything. Dealer says that they won't know anything about the car until it arrives at the dealership. Is that true or the dealer is just misinformed?
