Service centers in NOVA
Hi guys/gals,
I live in Alexandria and I'm coming up on my 1200 service. I would like to ask where are most of you in NOVA planning on doing your car services? We are lucky enough to have a bunch in our area but none of them seems to score well on some of the online customer service ranking sites. Richmond being the exception, great customer comments but it's a little bit of a hike from Alexandria. So wondering out of our pool of local BMW service providers, who is recommended?

Sad to think we have all these choices but none of them really stand apart from the rest. Am I wrong?
