But it was a quick and dirty effort. If these comments upset you, they shouldn't. They don't reflect you personally. They are simply a technical assessment of a product that you purchased.

Na, I wasn't upset. I guess that's the problem with "text style" writing. Its hard to determine tone and things get misunderstood.
