Did you heat the OEM lip up before pealing off? Is there any drilling involved?
No drilling involved. Its similar to removing badges. You can use a heat gun or blow dryer and carefully pull out.
The new lip comes with 3m tape, but i used extra glue since I didnt believe would've hold it. I ordered the glue online from getbmwparts dot com.
