My guess is the the demographic in west coast, creates a very high demand for 2ers while in the northeast, not as many people are interested in the 2er. I think people in northeast who need a car and can afford a 2er usually need a bigger car.

I got 500 knocked off my M235i, I was there for hours, they would not budge. It started to get awkward. Instead I negotiated my trade value aggressively and came out happy.
