The thing with a manual is that its not just about the transmission, but the engine is an important pairing to the transmission as well. The experience of revving out a motor across its gears, downshifting, building torque, heel-toe shifting, or hell even stalling will be hard to mimic with that of an EV motor which already produces its power immediately with no change in sound or feeling.

No worries. They'll eventually drop it for a manumatic anyway since those are easier in heavy traffic.
Wait...

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
