Guys, I wanted to update that I pursued this further with my SA and her parts counter contact in Q3 2015 and their conclusion was that this was an EU only part that couldn't be ordered through the regular BMW USA systems.
Given that difficultly in getting them (would need to get friends in Germany to buy for me and mail over) and high cost from the link I posted earlier in the thread, I decided to drop the subject and at some point will get aftermarket track pads that are more commonly available in the USA.
