Give Bavarian Machine Specialists near downtown a call. I'm not sure whether they do ecu tunes, but the do damn near everything else. There is also a good place in Austin that may be able to do the work, it may be kind of far. I don't remember the name of the top of my head, but let me ask a friend and get back to you.
