No Text-to-Speech for navigation functions. It will pronounce numeric route numbers ("Turn right to get on I.. Ninety... Five... North"), but not street names.
If you get Assist, you get voice control for navigation, which allows you to enter destinations by voice, and it will confirm by attempting to "pronounce" the names of the towns, streets, etc. But that's the only time the system will pronounce street names; it doesn't do it during guidance.
