I have swapped my steering wheel on my E92 a couple of times, not too hard. Takes about 10-15 minutes. The only tough part is releasing the airbag clips from under/behind the steering wheel. Everything else is fairly easy swap off/on to new wheel. They have the electronic version also for $1396 delivered, but that is tough sell given it's another $650 for some nice lights and info display
