I've been told by two dealers that the $2,000 loyalty credit is available only if you finance the deal through BMW Finance. The good news is that there is no prepayment penalty after the first six months and, best as I can tell, only a $75 fee if you prepay the loan during those first six months. (I've also been told that the dealership will lose some or all of its financing commission from BMW if you do prepay the balance during the first six months.)

Also available is a $500 credit if you belong to USAA (even if you don't actually do business with USAA). This generally applies to military, ex-military (I'm an Army veteran) and dependents, though there may be exceptions.

Awesome! Keep us posted. Doubt it will change much from MSRP but anything's possible!
