I would suggest the Covercraft Reflectect or the BMW Future cover.
They will keep car cool and block UV, they are not bulky and since family will park next to car you don't have to worry about dings.
It will also handle the occasional rain well.
My only concern is wind and the BMW doesn't have lower grommets for tie down and the Covercraft does.
The reason I don't suggest Noah, you don't need the thickness of the Noah and the multi-layer material of Noah is light weight but bulky. If door dings are a possible issue get the Noah.
The BMW cover has a clear window that displays rear license plate- some communities require this (apartments or street parking) but that doesn't seem to be a concern.

These covers are water resistant not water proof, so don't expect after three months a perfectly clean car, but you won't have environmental fall out etch your paint or intense sun exposure.
