Yet Another Newbie

Well, I have been lurking here on the boards for about a month now, but I figured since I put my deposit down on a 135i yesterday at BMW Nashville I should join the fun officially. Coming from the Ridgeline, the 135i will be a welcome return to the small(er), performance car market. I had an SVT Focus while in college, which was a blast, but alas still a Ford. The Ridgeline was leased as soon as I graduated, mainly for its utility/ability to tow my motorcycle, but the gas mileage is killing me, seeing as how I drive a lot for work. Now, its time for my first, and hopefully not last, Bimmer. Interestingly though, the Client Advisor at the dealership said that the production run ratio was slated to be 4 coverts to 1 coupe, at least initially. Said they needed to fill the convert void left as the 3 and 6 series have steadily increased in MSRP. I wonder why BMW would skew the production numbers so heavily towards the convert.

Anyways, glad to be here and the wait is already killing me.
