I added a 5mm spacer on the fronts and haven't had issues. The right side was rubbing, but just enough to take the paint of the shock, the left side on the other hand had rubbed a little more. Your wheels must have thicker back side, than mine. It depends on the coilovers some might be thinner, but then there is those adjustment collars that may cause problems.
