I hear you, but if he has time to come on the forums he has time to provide some kind of status update for already placed, pending orders IMO.
I don't know him but he hasn't struck me as a scammer, perhaps just someone who has other activities like his job etc which take most of his time and this is just a side business he takes on in his spare time. I think it's an excellent product, but the communication breakdown is hurting his business.
