I need to get to the bottom of this green levy business for M5, unless they are just charging green levy for M5 because it's a M car regardless of actual fuel consumption. The Canadian gov site stated green levy tax is all for 2008 models so it's really outdated.

FYI quote below I got from Parkview on the 650xiGC as I was comparing with the M5. No green levy here, although the 650xiGC has a even more powerful V8 than the current 550xi, which will get this same engine after 2014 LCI.
