I have 2 daughters, one is as cheap as her old man and the other one has no problem spending and buying whatever she wants!
Those etching, nitrogen, green and fuel fees are BS. I always just negotiate based on the "on the road price" so they are free to charge me those BS fees on paper as long as they are taken off somewhere else.
