That's great! That spark plug issue I hadn't seen before but glad it wasn't too bad. If the engine is running good and not leaking I think you're fine if the gaskets were replaced at the dealer.
If you're not talking about the valve cover bolt and instead you mean one by the back of the oil filter housing then it might be a head bolt which likes to break sometimes on these engines but it can just be pulled out and replaced, though I doubt it's that.
Good to have a new pump at hand at least in case it does fail.
