i've had similar experiences with N54tuning, terrible customer service. If you buy $1000+ worth of mod from them, maybe service could be better. If not, don't bother...they don't take much responsibility since they're re sellers. They'll just get you to contact the manufacturer instead. I rather pay for shipping next time instead of dealing with this company again

Anyways, I can't be bothered to deal with people like this. He should have just been honest from the beginning and offered to take it back before I had to call him out on it. Shady business in my opinion...buyers beware.
