i've had similar experiences with N54tuning, terrible customer service. If you buy $1000+ worth of mod from them, maybe service could be better. If not, don't bother...they don't take much responsibility since they're re sellers. They'll just get you to contact the manufacturer instead. I rather pay for shipping next time instead of dealing with this company again
