If you looking to autocross competitively, the Evo school is a must. I've done phase 1 and phase 2 twice. I whole heartedly recommend it. But if you looking for a track school you will need something more than Evo.
While attending the little schools that go with NASA HPDE the generally tell you to learn heal-toe while driving on the street. They seem to believe that the track isn't the place to learn heal-toe.
