Find a local BMWCCA or a local group of enthusiasts and they will have a preferred shop for fixing paint chips.
Lots of companies do clear bra/clear wrap of the entire vehicle. There is Xpel, 3M, etc. again, getting in touch with your local enthusiasts should lead you to a good referral. Also, if you search this forum for "wrap" or "clear bra" or "paint protection" you will find discussions and pics about the different wraps and different options.
