Heading to Burlington on Fri. from Ottawa I was driving along the 407 when a large stone hit my windshield. Upon visual insp. from the inside all looked good... until I pulled into the gas station and noticed a huge chip just above the VIN on the windsheild.
So there I was at 16:30 on a Fri. afternoon before the long weekend calling Budds in Oakville to see what they could do. I had to get it fixed right away for the fear of it to cracking even more. I talked to Dave Loft and he told me to bring it in right away and he assured me it would be repaired. FFWD 45min there I was in the massage chair while my windshield was being repaired. Anywhoo 72$ later my windsheild was good as new.
I just wanted to say big THX to Dave Loft and Andrew (forgot company name) the guy who did the actual work.
Oh BTW the windshield would have been 1300CAD.
